Brief
Turn happy aligner patients into referrals, and give them a reason to come back to the brand between appointments.
Approach
Lead with the reward, not the ask; one green header that always shows the points balance; ticket-stub vouchers whose state reads at a glance; every pop-up designed with its success and failure state.
Outcome
A complete screen set and clickable prototype for the Singapore clinics.
